Career: From 2014 to 2024 faculty at the Department of Physics at Stockholm University (tenured 2017). Since 2018 Associate Professor of Condensed Matter Physics at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Full Professor since 2022.

Riccardo Piccoli
Education: Electronics Engineering B.Sc. (2009) and M. Sc. (2011) from University of Pavia (Italy). Ph.D. in laser technology from University of Pavia in 2014. Postdoctoral Fellow at INRS-EMT Research Center (Canada) 2015 - 2020. Senior Researcher and Lecturer at Weizmann Institute of Science (Israel) 2020 - 2022. Researcher at Politecnico di Milano (Italy), 2022-2023.
Career: From January 2024 Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at the Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

Riccardo Arpaia
Education: B.Sc. in Physics (2007) and M.Sc. in Physics (2009) from the University of Naples Federico II. Ph.D. in Microtechnology and Nanoscience from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, in 2016. Postdoctoral Fellow at Politecnico di Milano and Guest Researcher at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble from 2017 to 2020.
Career: From 2020 to 2024 Permanent Researcher at the Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology. Since 2024 Tenure-Track Assistant Professor (RTD-B) at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
