Education: Engineering Physics B.Sc. from Politecnico di Milano in 2004 and M.Sc. from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2006. Ph.D. in Materials Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2011. Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Physics at Stanford University 2012 - 2014.
From 2014 to 2024 faculty at the Department of Physics at Stockholm University (tenured since 2017) . Since 2018 tenured faculty at the Department of Molecular Sciences and Nanosystems at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, where is Full Professor since 2022.

Matteo Pancaldi
Education: B.Sc. (2011) and M.Sc. (2013) in Physics from the University of Bologna. Ph.D. from the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU in 2018, in collaboration with CIC nanoGUNE. Postdoctoral Fellow at Stockholm University 2018 – 2020 and at Elettra-Sincrotrone Trieste 2020 - 2022.
